But like you said you really can’t compare them because they have to two different styles. I respect Quad a lot because like you said he makes it all himself. I think it was alluded to that this was planned (no one ever out right said it though), but they do admit that some things went too far and there was some actual animosity during the latter period because of it. It was all sorted out behind closed doors after that anyway. Also their styles of rap (known as 'Grime' in the UK) has a style that is completely different to American styles as it was developed out of, and draws influence from UK garage with some influence from hip hop, jungle (UK rave music), and dancehall (Jamaican styled/influenced music). Most UK Sidemen fans will agree with each other that Simon's, JJ's second, and Ethan's second songs were the better made out of all of them musically wise, however they much prefer Harry's songs for their brutality and funniness and Vik's purely because no one expected that from him at the time.
