This is a really great song as well, and like you guys, I went back to find it after seeing 2am. I’ve heard the original of this song by Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Zeeshan Ali sings this in a different way and I must say, I really love his interpretation of it. I’m in no way a music expert but Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s version seems more Qawwal- based and Zeeshan Ali’s is more classical leaning. I wonder if it’s due to his Ghazal background. Either way, I love this version ❤️. You guys should listen to Nescafé Basement’s Bol Hu by Soch the Band feat. Hadiya Hashmi. You will be blown away.
