Girl, i was just thinking about my sacral...(im a pure generator) trying to to tune into it...while choosing the best soup dinner option for me & my 2yo daughter just now and your video popped up. Moroccan lentil healing soup is very excitinggg. I love puttng on music that seems to get me grooving into my sacral keep my vibe high while i cook dinner too... I ALSO finally found a true soul sister recently and im so excited to be connecting. It was all when i decided go become a dog boarder through rover, and it's been a fun mixture of meeting new ppl, learning about different dogs and making my life as a stay at home mom with my daughter more fulfilling, while making some extra cash in a fairly light hearted way! Anyway thanks for sharing the details of your last sacral journey,that the initial gut moving you forward... Its not about how we feel Or what we're supposed to do/be Or what our mind is telling us.. My struggle with is listening to my gut / sacral because it doesn't seem to lead to these "miracle sories" that people tell about listening their strategy & authority. Like, for instance, I was tired at a job and I watched a tik tok (ironically about human design) and not doing what doesn't light you up. And I decided to just turn around and take a bus home. Of course, it's easy to follow your sacral authority when things magically turn around, but how are we supposed to follow it when it puts us in financially super tight spots in our life?

It’s confusing to have a different motor going to the throat… my sacral goes to the g centre and my will centre goes to the throat. The will centre gives a different signal.
