I was pretty excited to meet and talk with Ben Burnley. I, of course, had heard Breaking Benjamin all over the radio about then...but hadn't heard anyone talk about his lyrics. The stuff he was moving from his insides to our collective insides. I think you'll like what Ben has to say. He's reminded me of me at times. Frustrated, but mostly curious how we make it in this life. Through ups and through downs. This was recorded on the tour bus prior to the Breaking Benjamin show in Ft. Wayne, IN on January 20, 2010. -Frank

Ben knows. He knows it all. He knows and understands the pain of the suffering, he sings to let us know we're not alone...all the while he's still at it in 2018. What a great guy. The world needs more people like him. Especially in these dark times...

I've been having reoccurring issues since last year but I'm not nor have I been an alcoholic nor done illegal drugs. It's crazy & searching the Internet has no end. ..

God I relate to sitting there for an hour going please let them find out what the fuck is wrong. They STILL haven't. "It's migraines." pat pat on the leg. I'm still fighting, in my fifth year, but have found good doctors finally. Hopefully we'll figure it out.

+Cody Beaumont I think so too. A lot of mine it turns out are vitamin deficiencies that are bad and my kiddies being a teeny bit off, and another medication. Chronic pain just sort of stays but it gets better when they find things like this, so it could be something easy. Took them 5 years to find this.

Have you tried a good chiropractor? I suffered migraines for yrs. until I started having my neck adjusted. Make sure you sleep in an ergonomically correct position as well. Ice pack provides best relief of migraines as it will blood vessels to relax.

+TheBusyfaith .TheBusyfaith Thank you! The way I sleep is a nightmare, I'm gonna get some new pillows. I was sleeping on good ones. I agree about the chiropractor, it's a goal this year because I think my insurance pays for it. I was in a lot of car accidents so it won't hurt anything. :) My Dad says the same about my Uncle's going away after a chiropractor. I actually do use ice if they get really bad. I can't take migraine medications now as my kidneys are off. So Tylenol, the dark, and ice. I actually use a bag of peas or blueberries in a plastic bag, cause they are soft. Works wonders. :) Thank you for your reply and advise :) I seriously do need to sleep on new pillows.

+Brian Kirst Fluoroquinolone Toxicity causes these symptoms. Google it & research it. If you've taken Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox or other FQ drugs you're at risk. They are neurotoxic drugs.
