The Netherlands has not set any limits on the use of their equipment. The panzer howitzers are also allowed to target targets across the border in Russia and no limits have been imposed on the F-sixteens either. The Netherlands is not in favor of imposing restrictions on military targets. And now that former Dutch Minister Mark Rutten is head of NATO, there is a good chance that this restriction policy will be scrapped.

Why is harming Putin’s Russia a “risk”? I do wish journalists would stop promoting Putin’s strategy. The fear is… This is precisely what Putin wants to be in the minds of Ukraine’s allies. The one and only caveat on the use of weapons supplied to Ukraine should be the exercising of due diligence in avoiding civilian casualties. Something that has been absent from Russia’s prosecution of this war consistently from day one.

From what I see Ukraine ain't going to surrender either way, and eventually Russia is going to run out of men and material, or its morale/economy is going to collapse under the weight, but Ukraine will continue to resist by any means and with any allies it can find.

Even after every Russian air defence system (be it an S300/S400/S500) has been eliminated there will yet remain one, the "GREATEST AIR DEFENCE SYSTEM" that Russia possesses - a system that cannot be targeted within Russia, because it is located in a nation external and foreign to Russia ... this system consists of the foreign nation's "policy" of restricting, limiting the extent to which the Ukraine is being "permitted" to engage valid, legitimate military targets within Russia. Clarification : This war in Ukraine is part of an undeclared ‘Cold War 2’ between NATO and Russia. The Ukraine War of 2022 is the Cold War 2 equivalent of the Korean War of 1950-53 (which was the first regional conflict of the 1st Cold War).
