Really nice of you to give someone a pc. This video truly changes my perspective on how I should be grateful for the stuff I have. I have an old workstaion laptop that has a Quadro K2100M, i7 4th gen and 32GBs of ram. Even though it sucks, I still should be grateful that I at least have a laptop because there's a bunch of people out there in the world who don't have a laptop/pc. I was in a very simillar situation to Max in that I didn't have a properly good PC (it was an old 2007 Dell laptop with a Pentium LOL). When I got older, I saved enough money to build a PC for myself and I never take for granted what I have.

This really took me into perspective of how far my journey in the PC world has come. These videos that I watched from you, tech yes city, oztalks, LTT, Gamers Nexus, ect. Showed me they way through the used market. I started with an old lga1155 PC with an rx560 and slowly built from there. I started flipping and building and upgrading my own rig. Now I'm at a Ryzen 7 5800x paired with an RTX 3060 ti and I managed to balance out the build to a total of $900 through flipping parts. An incredible journey it's been and I'm not even close to finished!

Same here! I started with an old core 2 duo system with 2gb of ddr2 and a 160gb hdd. Now I'm running a ryzen 7 3800x, 16gb ram, and a 2070 super! It's so cool to see how far we've come with hardware.

Hey Danny I had an idea on how you can maybe improve this system. I was thinking you could list the pc for a low price like $50 or $100 that way you could filter out the people who just want it for free and once you actually pick the winner you can give it to them for $0. Its just a random thought I am throwing out there let me know what you think?

you'd filter out a lot of people who don't need it but it would also filter out a lot of people in need. I don't think this jessica lady would have messaged if it was listed at 50/100. A lot of people don't understand pc builds. Resellers would still message because it's a good deal. I know if I was broke, I wouldn't have messaged.

I commend you for doing this even during the holidays! I recently had to sell my old 1050TI to someone that had a WAY older system then I do. Being truly blessed on my end is what I am thankful for and the person that I sold it to said thank you and is using it for streaming/gaming right now. Danny, this was an amazing video! It really showed me that I should appreciate what I have more because a lot of people are much less fortunate than I am! Going forward, you should reply to certain other winners and maybe cutoff the messages earlier. Otherwise, either you will have to have more PCs for other people that you thought also mattered. Yea, it was just crazy how fast the messages came in. By the time I took down the listings, there was over 100 messages, and offerup only allows up to a certain amount so the older ones started getting deleted.

Hi I'm max, I am very grateful to have been chosen and am playing Fallout New Vegas as Im typing this. I see a lot of people saying that its suspicious and that we sold the pc but that isnt the case. To clear somethings up 1. The audi is really beaten up and barely runs (it was also a gift) 2. My mom couldnt be there with us because she was working late 3. I was fidgeting with my hands because I have severe ADHD and was nervous I hope this clears everything up and if not feel free to ask any questions. It sucks that not a whole lot of people are this generous. I know it's an older setup people but lots of people nowadays are so desperate for a rig that they would even buy a broken setup and I would know because I sold an msi laptop with a gtx 1050 for 200 bucks with a broken hinge. I did made it clear that it was broken but they still wanted it.
