Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Latin | Litaniæ Sacratissimi Cordis Iesu

In 1899 Pope Leo XIII approved this Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Litaniæ Sacratissimi Cordis Iesu) for public use and as an official prayer for the Universal This litany provides a beautiful mediation on the depths of Our Lord's love and ask for Mercy to His Sacred Heart. This Litany has 33 invocations in honor to the age of Our Lord (33 years old) and is very smilar to the litany that St. Margaret Mary Alacoque used to pray.
