Videos like this are so enjoyable to watch. Unfortunately they always remind me of how long it takes and how many times I screw up projects that better fabricators consider simple tasks. Props to all you geniuses. I respect your talent!

Looks great. I recently did an LS swap on my 1 ton LJ and after wheeling it a couple times I found my front dif was hitting the steering pump/alternator bracket. When cycling the suspension there was no contact, but we made the mistake of not resting the jeep at flat full bump. Make sure you check that clearance at full bump sitting flat. I ended up breaking the bottom connection of bracket off when hitting a dip at sand hollow. I went home and welded up a brace to support the now perfectly "trimmed" bracket.

One tip dry ice the axel tube wile heating the outside tube they will slide in like butter, been useing this technique for 35 years of heavy maintenance work, we machine our stuff to 1 thousand fit, it will not come apart, even used is steam heated shaft’s,much easier and faster, same process works for hers and shafts, like the bearings your going to have to install on your axels/ lockers good luck on your builds, also I would have used porta band saw or bench saw to cut tube much cleaner, less prep to assemble

If you don't want to break the front axle, you could have gone with a Dana Super 70 from a GM Topkick for the front. You probably wouldn't need to do anything with it to make it work. But since that is too late for that, you really should look into bearing girdles. These put bolts through the cover to stabilize the bearing so they don't spread under torque. You can review Carl Jantz's information on that. I did this for the Dana 70 used in my front wheel drive motorhome after installing the 502 in it.
