So many agents demand comps. It's an awful burden because you could easily send someone in the wrong direction by choosing the wrong comps.

It's true, but as many of the agents we've spoken with have said, don't get too worried about that - they just want a feel for what the story is like. And ultimately, the pages will be the most important thing!
