In general sense the sequence of the pronouns will be 231(second person, third person, first person) If a person confesses his mistake at that time the sequence of the pronouns will be 123(first person, second person, third person)

Soliloquy is ALWAYS used in dramas where characters reveal their inner thoughts and feelings without the knowledge of the audience. Interior Monologue is used in prose SOMETIMES in drama. It reveals characters feelings and thoughts directly to the readers or audience. Interior monologue can be more reflective than soliloquy.
