The Facts: burning 137 billion gallons of gasoline per year in 2023 (U.S.). Finding energy storage to infinitely recycle & reduce oil to zero is infinitely cleaner factoring recycling on top of it {97.2% to 99.7% recycling rate}♻️. You shouldn’t be scared of this right? When actually talking about lowering pollution standards alone. Right? At least not what this dude makes it out to be lmao 🤣😭U.S. average MPG car is 25 mpg. With how much pollution is released in average cars getting 25 mpg over 150k miles………… (including 8.89kg/19.2 pounds of carbon PER gallon ⛽️)……….. is 25mpg/150k = 5,769 gallons on half the life of a single car…. 51.3 metric tons of carbon, if we spent 51.3 metric tons which is half the life of 1 average mpg car, you’d get create about 5.8 EVs. {8.8 metric tons per EV/Truthfully} 20 years of burning 137 billion gallons (U.S. annual consumption) would equal 2.74 trillion gallons…. 137 billion gallons x 8.89kg of carbon is 1.217 billion metric tons of crabon. 1.216 billion metric tons of carbon is = to 138.3 million EVs {again truthfully}. 20 years of the carbon equivalence of burning gasoline is 2.77 billion electric vehicles within the U.S. oil pollution equivalence alone without ANY other help from the 196 other countries used at all.. You could create an EV for 1/3rd of the population {truth} & in truth there’s much more new ways of creating a battery like sodium, we haven’t even took lift off with this shit yet lmao.

There's nothing funny about a small business being destroyed, or any building fire, for that matter. Nothing says the shop owner "went green". He was just providing a service to a customer, and trying to earn a living. Now his little living is ruined. That you find his tragedy amusing, is sick

@@robertmoffett3486Agree in principle with what you say, but he should be refusing to work on anything with a Lithium Ion battery. Just like John Lewis and four other major UK insurance companies are now refusing to insure EVs. There will be countless car repair shops already refusing to work on EVs, and when we hear of such businesses we owe it to them to give them our custom. A bike shop that had a sign in the window "No E bikes serviced here" would certainly get my business.

EV owners need to PAY UP.. These selfish clowns want everyone to subsidize their life. Roads cost money and gas taxes pay for it. If you don't buy gas but use the roads you still need to pay. Aren't they saving like a million dollars in gas per year so paying $250 should be no problem.

As a New Jersey resident, I am very happy that EV have to pay more. My ICE car, which I drove 10,504 miles, used 420 gals of gasoline in the last 12 months. That works out to be $177.66 in fuel taxes for New Jersey. In 2026, I will have to buy a new car before the restrictions drive up the prices of a new ICE vehicle. Hopefully, the insanity will stop by 2035. If you want to cut carbon dioxide plant more trees, not windmills.

Heavier vehicles such as bEVs also destroy roads faster. So that too is a reason they should pay their fair share. Texas already charges something like 400 a year registration on a bEV.

A good one turbine is about 1 1/2 MW I think the absolute maximum currently is 5 MW a fairly modest size peak plant running on gas can generate between 150 and 300 MW and take up as much Real Estate as probably 5 to 10 Wind turbines maximum And a similar cost I believe for a much smaller generation footprint and while the gas turbine cogeneration plant needs quite a bit of maintenance it has probably a 25 to 50 year life which is considerably more than the expectation turbine have particularly the non-recyclable blades

I live in Houston Texas. On Monday Hurricane Beryl paid as visit causing a lot of trees to collapse and general mayem. Get this: I lost electric power for four days. The eV guys could not get away if not fully charged. My wife an I have KIA Fortes which could if needed carried us to safety with 3/4 filled gas tanks which could easily take us 335 miles. I feel sorry for eV owners who I thing were mislead by Tesla and the rest of the gang. In hurrican conditions, wind turbines have to be stopped to save the bladed from destruction, and solar ain't gonna work either. My roof is covered with solar panels, and I still sat in swetering weather with no air conditioning or only emergence lanterns (battery powered - the only useful equipment I own.). eV's should come with a warning sticker stating that operating an eV can affect a person's mental health.

Just think of all the "environments being saved" by all these fires and chemical leaks Thanks government!

I greatly enjoy your content, it's top notch. I must compliment you on something seemingly minor, but which is a personal irritation of mine. You might be the only person on KZbin capable of reading copy aloud verbatim. I read along with every instance and I have never caught you improvising. Bravo.
