is this really on september 24th of this year, 2020, or is it an old video. if it is a new one, why arent people wearing masks there? im just curious. i am asking this just wanting to know. isnt the coronavirus there in lithuania? and, i love the video. it looks like a really pretty city. are they friendly to americans? i would love to visit someday. i am from the city of knoxville, tennessee usa.

Im from Poland but can tell U its from January 2020. Its before covid. It started in march in Italy. Ofc they are very friendly , recommend 😎👍
