I think they might do it for safety and durability, plus extra grip in the winter. Great work both, always a pleasure to watch, your making such a difference to your local area. Just a shame you have to do it. Have you thought about including "buy me a coffee" to your channel?

Thank you for explaining, it just seemed odd that the tarmac was left down for so long before being treated again. I guess it kinda makes sense in the long term, it would've been nice for some pre-awareness first though.

Hi Guys - from a fellow litter picker you do a grand job in Tividale (where I grew up 🙂) We have a canal boat nearby and if you fancy a collaboration to tackle those areas of the canal you can't reach from the towpath let me know and we can set something up in the near future

Would it not be faster to have a cart than walking heavy bags . Fill the cart and transfer to bags.Use bags when you are avecto go in the woods. You would be able to carry a rake, pruning shears,broom and dust pan. 😮
