As far as I know every company has its own gardeners, utility workers or janitors to keep their surroundings and environment clean and nice to look at. This particular company is still operational or already abandoned perhaps?

I wish you could have uncovered the sidewalk close to the building, because videos showing sidewalks and patios being discovered and cleaned off get a great number of views.
