How do I get the cover off the transmission? I have all the bolts out. I got it up about 1/16” but it won’t move any further. I’ve driven a screwdriver under it all the way around. I’ve tapped it with a hammer all the way around the edge. I’m a small engine mechanic. So I work on equipment every day but I can’t get this damn cover off.

Hello! You can use a hammer to drive up through the gap where the torque tube end goes. That area of the cover is reinforced, and it should not damage it. Then use two prybars to force the cover off. You can also call us at 800-227-7515 and ask for David.

Unscrew the plug while it's level and the oil level should be right at the bottom of the screw. If not, add oil.
