As you slowly tell the story between the bites of the pizza the anticipation built up and built up until you relieved it with a casual "I'm in my twenties" over all it wasn't an interesting story, but you sir told it in such a way with such confidence and charisma I was absolutely blown away. @@electrictroy2010 thats where I differ. There is a very distinct flavor from pizza huts cheese and I can't eat it. Its the only pizza; frozen or fresh that I actually don't even eat a whole slice. They've had that flavor for 20 years and I can't figure out what it is. It's all I taste when I try pizza hut. My wife loves pizza hut so we need to get it a time or two each year. I always give it a shot. I want to like it for stuffed crust. Just doesn't work out for me. I'd love to learn what it is I taste in the cheese. I just know that it's like no other cheese I've ever had.

Hey I love the videos. I just wanted to point out that you often say you're turning autofocus off right before you bring food close to the camera. I suspect you are mistaken about what is actually being turned off, because at 4:21 it is clear that there is still some kind of autofocus engaging to bring the pizza into focus, unless there is a camera person manually focusing on the pizza. I work at Little Caesars and the Deep Deep Dish Bacon Wrap can be...slightly tedious to make. We try to make sure that there is bacon on every section of the crust. So, you may get bacon overlapping (Not all slices of bacon are identical afterall). Thus, you may be getting a little more than the 3.5 feet of bacon to be honest. When we made it the first time, we made it with deep dish dough (made in the store). The bacon stuck to the breading very well. After we prepped the deep dish, the yeast in the dough would continue to rise a little and would press the bacon against the edge of the pan. Hot pan on bacon equals crunchy goodness. Not too long ago, my store started using Parbaked deep dish. It's deep dish dough that's cooked 80-90% of being fully cooked and then shipped to the store. The plus side of parbake is that you'll never get a doughy center on your deep dish. Additionally, you don't have active yeast in the parbake that could eventually add alcohol to the dough (leaving an odor like beer to the dough which effects the taste). The downside is that, in my opinion, the bacon doesn't get pressed as much against the edge of the pan at times. Sometimes, the bacon doesn't stick well to the crust and brakes off. It's still good crunchy bacon though. How to know if you got parbake or in-store dough? Is the bottom of your deep dish a smooth flat crunchy breading? Or, does it have what appears to be evenly spaced dimples on the bottom? If you see dimples, it's probably parbake. In my opinion, I like the parbake because I get a consistent density in the breading that is soft. Also, this is my experience in the store where I work. Other Little Caesars could still be making their deep dish dough in house or may have been using parbake for a much longer time.
