Little Free Libraries are so much fun, but yes, they can be very hit or miss. I have found that for my area, in the summer and winter are the slowest times because the weather keeps everyone inside.

I love reading Flat Stanley with my 1st-3rd graders. It is always a fun time to hear what they would do if they were flat.
