His jump set is barely over the net and he seems to have trouble doing strong dumps. But the way he fires the ball at the middle is phenomenal. Amazing use of the entire offense! Although I'm certainly curious whether or not he's a blocking liability.

nishida is the same height as ushijima and he’s left handed. never really understood why people say hinata. i get that hes short COMPARED to other players, but the real comparison is to ushijima not hinata

If you guys play or know volleyball.. the average height of a wing spiker or opposite hitter in a national team need at least 6'2-6'3 above... nishida height is 6'0 or 6'1
