I had watched a video clip of this episode sometime back. Luckily I decided to go to You Tube and watched the whole episode which brought tears to my eyes because of her strength , courage and hope. TheNow Adele, her brained injured sister can even read and write through a special facilitator! Leah is still the sweet girl who puts her loved ones first. She is such a darling and never gives up in life. Such an awesome child

We ADULTS could learn some amazing things from CHILDREN, they behave more GROWN-UP than us GROWN-UPS!!! Leah is amazing and I have a tremendous respect for BUDDY and his staff. I work with the community with those with special needs including the brain injured and on a personal note I have a brother with special needs who experienced irreversible brain injuries due to seziures. The cost of medical care and medication can be mentally and physically draining to a family, so every little bit helps! This made my heart smile! @TLC thank you for sharing this!

Anime Universe well cant blame you or your mom because she's just veing careful. There are some cases people who lie through this thing in the country. Like my mom said, it's better to send money to the charity centres, orphanages or organisations instead to the persons who beg on the street and if the beggar asked money for food, my mom prefers to buy food for them instead of giving the money. My both parents, after gave some money or bought something from these people, had seen with their own eyes for many times seeing how these people tricked them two :/ ***Also, I read an article long ago of how someone got cheated after buying a box of cupcakes from people like you met, need money to help a family member. The person who bought the cupcakes said they were mold and tasted so weird
