i learned so much more independently watching Mama Cheryl than i did in my five years of choir. my technique was atrocious and i didn't even realize it until after i was out of school because the way it was taught wasn't intuitive for me. i got away with it because i have a natural sense of pitch, but technically speaking i struggled. Cheryl, along with a few singing blogs, helped me fix my technique. and now im singing better than i ever thought i could, and im more passionate about singing as well!
