Amazing as usual and great to see this from the UK, it was good for me to watch she should know. Such hospitality and kindness across different religions and people who have travelled and live in other countries. 9:40 it’s not Modak. It looks like some kind of pedha / peddi which is badly mimicking Modak shape.. Authentic Konkani Modak are Marathi delicacy of coconut and sugar or jaggery stuffing inside rice flour which is steamed. In some parts of Maharashtra or some other communities same stuffing could be inside wheat flour and then fried. I’m sure Anubhav knows what Modak is and this was unintentional mention just by the shape of pedha, but I wanted to clarify for audience.. Anubhav has more responsibility of being correct given his following here 😊

Are bhaiya kya tum time waste karrahe ho Thailand mein Indian food Bakwas hain. Sabhi ka taste bakwas hain. Yaha mein THAI, CHINESE, JAPANESE even European food India se bahot acha hain. Mujhse poonch lo main bata doonga. Guide madam ko English aur Hindi dhang se nahi aata hain.
