My wife and I love Little Italy. Great area to spend the day in San Diego. Especially on Saturday when they have the farmer's market. We take the trolley from MV since parking can be a challenge. Great vid about Little Italy. Cheers bro!

Looked up to see if you had made a video about little Italy because our housing search has us looking at a few places technically in little Italy but on the east side. Beech and Front. Initially I wasn’t that interested BUT it’s only a few blocks away from the real little Italy experience, so that’s appealing.

Thank you watching 👊🏻. Yes, in the works. I’m working out how to cover bigger neighborhoods while vlogging. Little Italy was easier because it’s small. I can walk the whole area easily. Mission Valley and other San Diego communities are much higher. I’ll figure it out. Thinking about using my electric skateboard 🛹 or drive to a few popular spots. I’ll get it done and out soon!

Thanks for watching 👌. We are in “purple tier” so shops are open. Amusement parks are open as well. Restaurant dining is allowed but outdoors only. In little Italy, many of the restaurants have amazing semi outdoor patios setup. It’s pretty good.

Walk India Street near west date. Tons of restaurants with massive outdoor decks and seating. I always lots of dogs there. Thank you for watching! 👌

Moving to San Diego in the east village area in January, any advice for a 23 yo small town boy moving to a big city like this regarding work and renting out?l affordable places?

East Village is huge. There are a ton of rental options there. Many new apartment complexes that are basically new and condos you can rent from individual owners. Personally, I like the area in East Village near 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th around near market street to j street. Petco Park area basically. Also, it’s borderline big city. Not even close to some other big cities. You can walk the entire city in 30 minutes. I have other videos about East village specifically. Thanks for watching 🙏

Little has one of the most diverse age ranges I have ever seen. 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's I am planning a full vlog for north park. Within the next few weeks... I just have to get through the holiday 1st :)
