Unfortunatley, in the last 20 years, many places have closed. Several food places, Italian law firms, a butcher, sanchwich shops, TV repair store, and the photograph place have all closed. So it really isn't as Italian as it once was. One really cool aspect of Little Italy is just how many promnient familes came from it. So many of the major concrete, construction, masonry, plumbing, and real estate firms in northern Delaware originally had ties to that neighborhood which is crazy to think about.
