This is possible on the Switch too, version 1.24.5.6_3474. Also, not sure if it's known, I found out you don't need the duck to get in the construction site, but that's the quickest way. The dog barking sent me into the construction site on accident one time trying to get back in. Anyway, good luck on your runs. I wish you the best.
