I’m glad you added this. Had a “farm kid” on the 11u team I coached. Strongest kid on the team, threw missiles and hit nukes at 11-12 years old.

@@nimetajdini2415 little league baseball for kids “UNDER” 11 years old. If they are 11 during sign ups and turn 12 during the season they are still allowed to play.

@@jordanharrison8769 I think we have a misunderstanding, where I live there’s only even numbers for grade levels, such as 8u,10u,12u,14, etc

@@nimetajdini2415 yeah maybe. It weird anyways because there is a bunch of 12 year olds on an 11u team anyways because if they turn 12 during the season (technically any time after sign ups) then they are allowed to play. But all of ours are on odd years so idk why it’s different

i played one year-- first year elks. we had 2 kids who were constantly fighting over playing catcher-- and one of those kids insisted on wearing shorts. we didn't have elderly ump, we had elderly coach. he hated kids. we went 1--9 that year, the one win being a forfeit because the other team got the day wrong. we had 1, count it, 1 practice all season and that was the coach's 16 year old grandson simply hit fly balls. i started in centerfield and was the #9 hitter. i got 3 at bats the whole time (thanks, mercy rule). things were better when my son played, he played 3 years and they actually won a few. overall, great video!

There was a kid who’s dad came in the field and yelled at the pitcher to stop throwing the ball at his kid then the ump kicked him so he pulled his son from the game and started yelling at the coach. He got the cops called on him and it was a heck of an experience
