Awesome song suggestion from the lovely Phoenix (phoenixwormwood.tumblr.com/) got me to vid again, yay! Actually I have been working on a vid for the past month and a half, but it's been for my family, not you guys XD
JIMMY NOVAK FEELS ALL OVER.
UGH.
I HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS.
So this is me telling Jimmy's story. He blames himself, Amelia blames herself, and Castiel blames himself...it's just heartbreak all around.
I went into this vid with the premise that people would already know Jimmy's story, so I didn't go out of my way to clarify everything (vessels and possession and all that). I also didn't get much into the exchange with Claire!Castiel and Jimmy at the end, which I was kinda sad about, but couldn't really fit it in, so oh well.
I used the edited version of this song ( • Video ), which is why the sound is so "omg-Liisa-what-is-wrong-with-your-editing-skillz". Hopefully you can hear all the quotes but if not, that's okay. I included a lot of dialog cause I kept finding lines I wanted to use. THIS EPISODE IS SO PERFECT asdfghjkl.
Also, I kept thinking of Bex's version of this that she did for Dean and Cas (which I have watched so much that I've basically memorized it) so apologies if they look similar: • dean&castiel | little ... . I tried to make it different but...yeah. Oh well. Don't hate me Bex. You know you're my fav.
(This was one last feeble attempt to fix the pixilating....rerendered it in WMM so some of the overall quality was lost, but the pixilation is gone!! Thanks to everyone who left comments on the previous uploads! You guys are fast, lol!)

More than likely, Jimmy can see everything Cas is doing. They always talk about how when you're possessed by anything you know what is going on but you can't control it. You're there, but you aren't. That means Jimmy watched as Cas destroyed everything. He watched as he betrayed the Winchesters, he was there when we was consumed by the Leviathans and he went to Purgatory. I don't think anyone else thinks about this. I think Jimmy went through the most pain in the show. A normal family man who was thrown into the middle of this whole mess.

I don't think so, the real Jimmy Novak is in Heaven. He left the Body after 4x20, so the vessel is only taken by Castiel right now.

Finally a Jimmy video! I hate that sam and dean doesn't care about him at all, or I guess they do, but they don't think about him. I think season 10 might end with Cas finally leaving Jimmy's body (he will be an agel agin then) and returning to heaven for good, and all the demons will be gone so he can actually return to his family. That might not be a happy ending for team free will or destiel or whatever, but it will be a happy ending for Jimmy and I think he deserves it.

I'm so sorry for Jimmy :( He watched his family fall apart and couldn't do anything (cause Claire grew up w so much hatred and her mom left her after Jimmy said "yes" for the second time). And then he died... I love Castiel so so much, but my heart always hurts when I think about Jimmy and what his life became after Castiel appeared :(

Well I give Sam and Dean a bit of a break considering all the other things they always seem to have to worry about, but you're right, it's sad that more people don't remember him. I always wonder how much Cas thinks about him, if he still can "feel" Jimmy with him or if Jimmy is gone by now or what....it would be an interesting topic for them to explore on the show again. I don't think that Jimmy could endure so much time apart from his family, after what happened, after all his struggles and all his pain. It may be cruel for me to say that but in reality i'm crying when i think that he is better if he's gone. He let himself walk away from that...hell on earth. A bit of rest.
