Love this! Here are three little things that elevate the day-to-day: 1. Keep lip balm and hand lotion by your bedside, especially in winter. It doesn't have to be a fancy brand, but it's so nice to have nearby when you're cozy 2. Don't use your phone as an alarm clock. Try leaving it out of the bedroom overnight for two months and get a generic alarm clock. My sleep totally improved because a screen wasn't the first and last thing I saw everyday 3. I made a list of a few of my favorite meals. Each week I prep one on the weekend to have during the week (I put them on a rotation). You have to eat dinner anyways, may as well have one of your favorites!
