Little Mama is doing her 360 drop with no crash pad! Watch his reaction when she drops! He's scared she will get her. But my 8 year old is a professional. Little Mama and Kellie was professionals and are performing trained stunts with the supervision of professionals.
If you are training aerial hammock or aerial silks train with an instructor, use a crah pad(12 inches thick), use professionals rigging and equipment.

I started doing silks 3 months ago, and i absolutely loved it! The sensation was AWSOME! My teacher tought me how to wrap my leg 2 times in a pin drop, but i really wanted tp try something bigger! Since i new the double star, i put them together, and once i wrapped myself for the star, i finished with 2 wraps of the pin. My teacher was super impressed, and now shes showing it to other children! Go little mama! ✨❤️🍄✨

Yea... No crash pad would give ME a heart attack too. BUT as a compromise I would do 2 things. 1) get a tripod for the camera. 2) put pillows directly underneath;)
