That was Perrie's childhood friend from New Zealand where her family lived for a couple of years. The pink outfits were their BRITS performance/win in 2019 for Best British Music Video for 'Woman Like Me'. The other BRITS win was the first time they'd ever won one back in 2017 for Best British Single for 'Shout Out To My Ex'.

They're the only girl group to win x-factor, the first ever group to win tho! Rak-Su were the only other group to win it a few years ago :)
