I think people need to understand how important this song's meaning is. The girls are expressing their sexual desires to their significant other or whoever they're with at the time. They are in the mood, but they are not being acknowledged, because he does not want it. But, when he's in the mood, the girls have to put themselves in the mood, just because he is. They're singing about how it is unfair that their significant other, gets what he wants, but when they want it. He all of a sudden doesn't give her the satisfaction the girls are pleading for in the song.
