They lip-sync a little bit in some parts (when they are supposed to sing together) we can see it in some moments. This is not a hate comment I adore them and it's normal to have a little bit of lip sync in this kind of song because he performance is very athletic lol. Anyway they are amazing !!

Yeah i know they lip-sync, i've heard it in quite a few performances, but in this you can hear that they're not even lip syncing, like at 1:06 when they're running up for the stairs it really sounds like they're singing live and when they're up on that plat form tehy don't even sound that breathless even though they've just ran like 100 metres.

They obviously practice a lot. They probably run while doing vocal warm ups to strengthen their diaphragms and maintain good breath control. It isn't completely effortless but it makes it easier.

1. Little Mix is perfection. 2. Poor Jade in the beginning. I hate when my in-ear-monitors freeze and aren't in time with the music for a moment, but she handled it well!! 3.
