she was ill during this concert, she wasn't crying. you can see her cough at 2:50. You can also see Jesy and Jade looking at Perrie at the end of her first solo and then smiling to each other. Poor Pez though. That song is not easy to sing even if your voice is at it's best. So singing that with a sore throat and then managing to do the high note at the end takes super much strength, so that's why she left the stage at the end. She wasn't supposed to be on stage but she wanted to sing it so she went on stage.
