Ok this is coming from someone who doesn't really like either of them that much, but doesn't mind them, but Little Mix dances so much better, 5H do not have any variety and yes thats not entirely their fault, but because of they're choreographer but even then, all they really do is shake their assess and flip their hair and none of them are in time with each other. LM are so much more together and feel the music while 5H are all over the place, plus some of LM's dances aren't very complex but they make it look so good and the complex ones look so effortless whereas 5H's dances aren't even that complex but they still can't keep it together, don't get me wrong all of them can dance but overall LM won by a long long way.

The fact that Little Mix have professional dancers that are doing the exact same choreography as them and the girls are able to keep up with them, sing at the same time and be able to have the breath control to not lose strength in their singing after completing choreo is impressive. Also, as singers and musicians I would've thought that 5H would have been able to time their choreo properly. Purely from a technical, synchronization and stamina point of view, Little Mix is definitely better but 5H has a lot more time to refine their live performances.

+Lia P it has nothing to do with being a trained dancer. As musicians they should be able to time themselves to the beat of the song but they seem to be having difficulties with that (I know this as I am both a trained dancer and a singer). They will improve with time and experience but, at this point in time, Little Mix has a better and cleaner stage presence.

I think LM has a wider variety of dance moves and more unique dance moves. LM are more together than 5H and look like they've been practicing forever. The fact that LM have professional backup dancers and can dance just as well as them says something about LM. I think 5H tries too hard.

If I'm being completely unbiased; Little Mix, hands down, are the better dancers. They have legitimate choreography in their dances. Fifth Harmony has more of the trendy 'dances' I.e. Hip movement, hair flipping, grinding, things like that.

I can't hate on either group because clearly they both have talent, they've made it this far. But I'll always be a mixer, there songs are so strong. They empower women and girls, but they have fun doing it. They are clearly all amazing dancers, there is no question. The way they can move with the music is incredible. They have my complete and unbreakable respect. Fifth Harmony can definitely sing, no doubt, and they could probably dance if they were given good choreography. I kinda noticed they do the same thing? And I love Miss Moving On, it's a empowering song. But I think they should make more songs like that, their new songs are so kinky they make me cringe, which sucks cause they're talented. But LM all the way babes.

Disregarding which group is my favorite, Little Mix definitely takes the crown for this. The difference between Little Mix and Fifth Harmony is not only choreography, but TIMING. Fifth Harmony lacks timing in some performances. Another difference is that Fifth Harmony is actually given a moment to shine by doing their own dance, which to me looks extremely sloppy. Little Mix are so much more in sync! Also the fact that they're two different groups under two different music genre categories. They both do pop music, but nowadays Little Mix are doing more older generation sounds, and Fifth Harmony are more of a R&B sound. Idk but that's just my opinion.

When I see Little Mix dance, I see strong, fierce and sexy. I think Fifth Harmony`s choreographer should really add som more variety, cause it`s all sexy and nothing else. Also, considering that half of 5H are quite awkward dancers, I think that a different style of dance could probably suit them a lot more. 5H`s dance moves are pretty much the same things over and over (no hate towards them, but criticism for their choreographer). I also think 5H could benefit from some dance classes/training, cause I know they have potential to be incredible and fierce performers, but they`re just not quite there yet. Little Mix have been doing this for a year longer though, so maybe in a years time we`ll see some improvements in 5H.

I want to say is that Fifth Harmony got more fame cuz their song "Worth It" and WFH had a dancing tune and with no doubt caught attention but while LM had good tune but idk why but it didn't caught attention and that 5h had more good promo workers then LM while on the other hand LM has more vocal power then 5H and that LM has more dancing skills then 5h who thinks that just dancing little it will help and I saw in "Sugar Mama" in the starting that they put their hand up and kinda shake just like LM does but it's okay.... and LM shows are worth to watch cuz Dance, Voice and dancers and the scenario while 5h has nothing. In LM all the girls are in spotlight while in 5h they put Ally behind and at one point I couldn't even see her. 5H is an Latin American band which is why they have fame and their mistakes gets easily hidden while LM has talent and gr8 one but it gets hidden sometimes and I am none of those band fan but by loving both bands ypu can't hide the mistakes and hate who don't it out, you could actually ask them to fix it but people here gets angry..... In worth it on GMA when Normani is singing so ypu could hear other girls voices that are suppose to sing but they are dancing which shows that they weren't really kind of singing.

all the girls are great at singing but little mix's dances are tougher and they're very clean where as 5h's dances are pretty easy buy they never seem to be in perfect sync with each other :/ although all the girls have a good sense of rhythm sometimes camila ally and lauren just look awkward doing the dances like they can do the steps but it doesn't flow very well

Little Mix easily wins this. The weakest dancer in LM in my opinion is Jade, and Jade is a good dancer too. 5H only has 1 girl that can even somewhat dance, and the rest are terrible dancers. Little Mix is synchronized and are on timing with the music... 5H are rarely synchronized and rarely on time with the music.

I love how 5h fans justify them being "better" bc LM takes breaks to dance more, but have they seen salute 😂 the dance in that song outdoes every single dance 5h does, and they sing flawlessly while dancing. They do the dance there while singing too lmao, and every single other song as well. Yes they add dances into the songs but that's on top of them dancing while singing.
