The mechanics i made up for the other monsters from LN1: Leeches You need to spawn in atleast a little amount of black puddles and the leeches will spawn. If they see a npc/player, they will make their signature screech and crawl to them. if it catches the npc/player,it will squeeze the npc/player and kill it. if you spawn in a large amount of black puddles,tons of leeches will come out. Chef #2 He does the same as the first chef. but his screech is different,and the not catching sound they make it will be different. Guests When you spawn them in,they will waddle over to the closest table with meat on them. They have different variations each spawn, and they chase a npc/player when they see it,and they make their same noise when they see it. they knock over the table they are on and crawl to catch it.

Running/walking on wool blocks or maybe even carpet (though I imagine that might be more complex to program) should force the Janitor to ignore the kids, since in the game that pretty much muffles their noises. Unless they're not made by feet, like Mono calling for Six.

that's great, i see you reproduced really well the animations and effects from the game and it's rare to see animations of this quality in Minecraft mods. There's just the chief that is a bit strange and glitchy (he is supposed to directly grab you, not to hit you) but i'm sure it's in the WIP too. Also an idea : Ik it's probably a huge work, but maybe you could use the Nether (or end) dimension to reproduce the in part of the Tower from the 2 ? So the portals could look like TVs that we use to go to this dimension, with the tower signal, the Thin man as a boss in it, and all the eyes stuffs in it... keep up great work!

Maybe add there that after you click on Six then she could maybe hold your hand , could be interesting : D Add there that nomes can grab meat or lighter (when runaway kid became nome he could hold sausage , when you played little nightmares 2 with attic dlc there was in attic nome that had lighter or smth. Add that Six , Mono and Runaway kid could sneak after they notice any enemy monster. Add that lady can do something like teleport , when i played LN 1 and you made slide under the wall she hit wall and turned into somekind of sand or smth. Add there The Granny from LN 1 Dlc , her abilities could be that she cant drown and that she will raise her hand up to catch swimming creatures and eat them then she could maybe sometimes go up to see where did you go. Anyways i like your addons keep it up if you want : D Edit: add there another look for chef.

I can imagine someone using this add on to recreate Little Nightmares, and every time you go to a new area you stand on a pressure plate that spawns in the monster you need to fight there, and you either kill them somehow or stand on a pressure plate that kills them with a command block so that they aren't after you forever.
