3 Reasons why the Janitor is a monstrosity of perfect horror. 1. He's blind, and only detects by sound and smell, which can get very alarming when your close to him with wooden planks. 2. LONG ARMS. 3. The teeth cracking and neck cracking sounds just sound... disturbing and makes you feel done for because he makes that sound when he's detected you.

Shadow six appears when you eat the nome (runaway boy) while you are playing as six (shadow six could appear other places, but i haven't heard of any other locations.) . In the background, you can see a shadowy figure if you look up at the top of the scree. It's really hard to see, but upon closer inspection, you can see it's a shadow version of six, possibly a symbol of the darkness growing inside her and her innocence being lost. I just realized... Seven never picked up the sausage. When six appears, the gnome already has it in his hands. Then again we don't know when exactly six was going to appear at that time. But you can only guess she was seconds away. Even if he heard six coming, he couldn't have had any idea it was her. So there's a chance he was one of the other nomes who ran away and another one who saw she was just a child and saw her suffering starvation, and thought he would be alright... Except he got gobbled up like a Snickers bar

I’d like to believe he didn’t die since it’s so gloomy to think he survived everything, only to die by our protagonist. Sadly, based on game cues, the runaway kid died. :( When we last control him as a gnome he’s at ground level. Gnomes can’t climb high, not without assistance (the runaway kid literally had to fling a gnome up to get them to reach higher levels), so it’s highly doubtful the runaway kid (as a gnome) managed to reach the bar from his position, especially in record speed. Finally, from a visual storytelling standpoint, it makes no sense for the final scenes of the runaway kid to abruptly shift focus to another random gnome. The game goes out of its way to visually indicate the kid is the sausage gnome BY focusing on this gnome. It keeps the camera on this gnome. If we consider the tragic themes and beats of Little Nighmare lore, him dying as the sausage nome would be more consistent to this universe than him simply becoming a background gnome on the bar.

For anyone who didn't know, the Geisha is Six's mom. Because she thinks she is ugly and her kid (Six) was beautiful she was very jealous that she broke all the mirrors and threw Six down where we first started the game. That's why when you go to the last chapter the photos that look like Six are hidden with cloths. I also read a theory that the hanged guy is Six's father and he couldn't believe what her mother (Geisha) did and that he couldn't protect his own child so he killed himself. :D

Something I believe is that this game has something to do with the seven deadly sins. As I did research on the topic of this game I thought about gluttony, and how Six is constantly needing food. When I looked up the seven deadly sins, most of the sources I came across showed gluttony as the sixth sin in the order, hence the name Six and the hunger. I also believe that the hunger inside Six is slowly consuming her and you can prove this because she eats the food given to her but the more often the hunger happens, she starts to eat living sources of food, like the gnome. What I think happened to the Masked Lady was that there was a tragic accident and she is the sin Lust, and she lusts for her beauty, so she feeds the children to the members of the banquet. She is trying to make them ugly on purpose in order to make herself feel good again about her looks in which she lost. Even though this game is old, the mystery I cannot solve is WHAT the accident was. More proof on this is if you stay in the chef's room long enough, he'll scratch his neck, and you can see him lift the neck "fat" in order to reveal a shoulder, which makes it seem as though he is wearing a mask. The Lady probably made him wear this in order to hide his true looks. I feel she is after Six because she is the mother of Six, and because Six is much more pretty compared to the Lady. The Lady fears that people will not accept her for her new look unless she is the prettiest, and Six gets in the way. As you see, Six is a young girl, almost perfect figure. What are your thoughts?

After watching this video, my theory is that mono is the runaway boy. As i seen of how Six ate the nome, it looks like the face was the only thing that was eaten by Six. But the brain is still intact. And seeing many magic things, the magic will disappear if the caster dies. So it looks like that mono became a boy again but, his face is disformed. I think my theory is being supported at the fact that mono has a paper bag on his face and does not want to show it. This is my theory so i may be wrong or right.
