@@kalliann7958 in the room with the file drawers where you have to find, catch and hug the Nomes, instead of climbing and jumping to the right to get the one drawing pictures, on the left side you climb up and there's a beam you get to that goes to the left. The bottle is there.

In the mailroom, the room with the cabinet thing rocking back and forth and the nome running in a circle around a pile of boxes. If you climb the shelves in the back all the way to the top and go left it should be on a wooden board next to the hanging rope. Hope this helps
