Six let go because Mono was putting them into too many dangerous situations and broke the music box. When Mono went into the television and opened the door to the thin man (adult Mono) he came out and tried to capture Six. He captured her successfully because it was a vengeful act so Six wouldn’t let go of Mono but Six still did it

Makes sense somewhat but why would the Thin Man go after the other children. Not sure if vengeance is his only motive. Six gets into plenty of situations on her own. You can't blame Mono for his curiosity.

When Six proved to no longer be trustworthy, he turns to the only "friend" that has really done anything for him, the signals, so he becomes one with them!

That's actually not the reason. The official LN Twitter account heavily hinted that Six was corrupted by the "Signal" that caused her to get sucked in to her own world of escapism (the music box) The reason why she went hostile and betrayed Mono once he destroyed the music box is the exact same reason why the TV people went hostile if we turn off their source of escapism (the TVs)

My theory could be that after six was turned back into her normal self, she remembered what happened and who took her, so then when she caught mono, that was the first time seeing his true face, and she then realized that mono looks exactly like the thin man.. she dropped him so he could not live on to be the thin man, little does she know, that now he is stuck in an endless time loop, waiting for his younger self to open up the door, and trying to save himself from the betrayal. But that’s just a theory. A GAME THEORY 🗣️🔥

Confrontation. Mono (as the thin man): Why did you do this Six? After I reverted you back to normal, We ran for the exit to escape….But no. As soon as you caught me, you started looking at me in the eyes like you’ve suddenly turned bitter….and dropped me into the darkness below the tower and escaped on your own. So answer my question right now six…….WHY DID YOU DO THAT!!!???
