They are all pre-recorded that are triggered by hand/arm movements. Notice they move their arms a lot. There are a lot of responses so it's their job to select the appropriate ones based on the interaction.

to those who ask if they use pre-recorded lines and such, i cannot say for sure, but given the fact that sometimes the actors has to adapt to certain ''bad'' situations, i think that it is their own voice that speaks through a voice module, but that all the actors has a script of different lines that they have to stick to for most of the time, but they can go off script if the situation requires it, like if they have to tell somebody to not touch them, or if they actually have to tell somebody to change outfit if their costumes are a bit too convincing and they might be mistaken for an actor. They are required to stay in character as much as possible but sometimes situations happens that requires them to be able to speak freely to dissolve a situation.
