Allie Allisonabroad Ahhh, the water *sigh* I grew up with a boat in the family too, and there's just nothing like the sound of water slapping at the side of the boat and the sun glinting off the waves at you :) Thank you for the memory, Allie!

I love your tutorials! It was so cool to watch you do it in the water! This one just went way too fast and I couldn’t see close enough to follow!! I hope you redo this at the craft table!!

I always enjoy your enthusiasm and your neat ideas. I tired to follow this video and unfortunately, for the first time, the pattern didn't work for me. I needed to have the camera follow each row and needed a stitch count, as my boat didn't come out at all. I was able to make the larger version of this, but wanted to make this size applique. Wondering did you make this in your studio too? All you your other tutorials are excellent and easy to follow. Thank you for coming up with this idea. You are awesome. I am a big fan from Florida.

Hi Bruce! We've got a much more "tutorial friendly" version (and larger too!) right here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j56VfZWEn7uChdU

Love your videos. Thank you so much for you energy and dedication to share with others. If you ever get a chance maybe you can do a tutorial on a dolphin aplique or other sea creatures that can go with the sail boat. Thank you.

Hello Ms. Jayda, wanted to send a quick note to thank you for your videos. I am fairly new to crochet and have discovered that I love making little figures and toys much more than blankets and scarves.Your videos have been a huge help and I really enjoy your personality. Trying to place your accent...My best guess is Canada, but my daughter says Minnesota. lol feel free to share that info if you'd like. We are here in Texas. Also, I would really like a tutorial on making a little zombie or other horror figure as my daughter is a fan of all things horror, don't ya know..(hmmm, guess that phrase may be more North Dakotan than Minnesotan, but just in case) If you have anything like that in your bag of tricks, I would appreciate it.

There are several things for constructing boats: Allow enough time. take advantage of ready made boat blueprints. (I read about these and more from Denelle boat builder site )

How big is the boat when finished?

Hi Ella, my little sailboat measured around 4.5 x 5.5" but depending on your yarn weight, that will vary a bit 😊

loved the video but I chose to single crocheting the outside as opposed to slip stitching neater still.

I love your work and devoted follower, but this was so fast I could not even turn it off and on to keep up and you didn't show needle size or what part you were working on first. Have to go somewhere else. Thank you.
