There are those that think that providing contraceptives is an infringement of conscience. I see it differently. This is a case of an employer deciding what kind of health services to provide to an employee. Or to put it differently: must an employee surrender certain rights/benefits for a job? Of course there was a time when workers had no rights/benefits at all...we called it Slavery.
