How is the texture?

So the ice does come out chunky when tempered?? How is the ice texture now, since you've had the machine a while?

Im deeply sorry I haven’t responded to your message. I’ve been having issues with my account. To answer your question the best I can the texture is like flaky fresh fallen snow. I haven’t used the machine in awhile since we moved and family issues but honestly the snowie ice is really like actual snow.
