Chris, I like that you are doing like 4 to 5 things at once with the 330 bucket. Clearing, raking, getting close to grade with the depth you are dragging back. Makes grading and shaping easier a few steps later after trees are clear. Well done Sir!!! Work smarter and always helping yourself on the next step… Masterful!!!!!!

Yes sir, never if you experience a breakdown, it’s when, like you say, “it happens”, one needs to get the machine repaired and get back to business. Look forward to the burn off from these piles. Thanks for the update, enjoyed watching, BTW, thanks for the tip on the hydraulic pressure release.

Little sticks can ruin your day in a heartbeat. When I had my Komatsu excavator I had a small stick go through the vents in the door a poke a hole in the radiator. 🤬🤬

I love watching you grab these trees like they're little twigs, snapping in pieces like nothing is there! Man I love these machines so much, just like playing with real big toys(especially with that screen on the 350)! Chris, you have the best job('playin' in these things) and make it all so easy & smooth. No way around it, that 350 is one bad mutha. Talking bout getting the job done. Pond in the future, I enjoy the dirt moving watching the pond take shape. Backup parts are a must for a busy man like you.

The camera makes the grapple rake look about half its real size, I wouldn’t have guessed it is 6 feet wide! Maybe it’s also because you make it look so easy to use. 👍👍

Nothing like a 'little' thing to halt work - visit to town and fixed - that's business. The grapple is handy in many instances - good purchase. Sub-development was large to just leave and walk away it seems - big money for sure.

Chris, you can get "firesleve" covers for your hose if you want extra protection. Also Aeroquip teflon 666 hose has integral firesleve.

It was probably planned around ‘08 when the economy collapsed and they couldn’t finish the project. Then who knows maybe they went bankrupt or just sat on it till they could sell and make some of their money back.

Taking and putting new ends on that is better since your new machine and the hose is not very old. I used to deal with hydraulic hoses on the equipment i ysed to maintain and repair in the oilfield.

Do you get your hoses at Brakes Inc ....they are just outside the Beltline on New Bern Ave I think. They were always really good about keeping fittings in stock. Old man named Junior used to work there could make anything you needed and he was super quick. That was a good many years ago. He's probably long gone. Maybe he trained a pup.

Ya know Chris, Have you ever done clearings that may have "Historical" backgrounds? I'm thinking like Civil War backgrounds. Land of some long forgotten battles or minor skirmishes or encampments of both the North and South? Please don't hate me for saying. But you do dig deep sometimes.

You need to get you an electric bike sponsor, that way you don’t have to walk back-and-forth from the machine to the truck. Keep it on the machine somehow that way to cut down on all that walking.

@@andrewfaircloth1074 Yeah, but he keeps damaging the same ones, right down the end by the bucket. Keep one or two spare hoses behind the seat, and that'll pay off eventually. Or sod's law will apply and he'll never break another one until just after he takes the spare out.

Just imagine if you blew that hose in a big city. They would have the hazardrus goods team out to investigate and the police would shut down the jobsite until Workman's Compensation Board completes their investigation. 50 years ago I used to dump all my dirty oil from oil changes on my 2 vehicles along my fence line with my idiot neighbour. He didn't believe in cutting grass in his back yard but would instead burn it. After I saw the smoke ans back yard on fire, I stopped dumping oil along my fence.
