I had an old Ford like that in the 80s. I put a 440 4 speed in it. Needless to say it would run faster than you could hold it in the road.

I had one of these 51 to 53 f100.. I was gonna do the big block killer 5.0L style! I already a 89 ford f150 custom cab the we were gonna a swope 51 f100 to the 90 f150 cassie but never finished it.. love it! It kills me to see that but at the time I had the big block killer in my 89 ford f150 hd 5.0L V8. . And a lot of people thought for sure is a 5.8L V8 or bigger... but blow there minds when all I had was a build 5.0L small block in it!
