Children at first are able to hear all sounds in language as they get older they only hear the ones spoken to them on a daily basis, that's why it's possible for children to speak flawlessly but adults develop accents

Her parents paid for her to have classes in all those languages. Seems weird to me to put a tiny child in school lessons for languages so you can get her on TV shows and make money out of her.

Most children will not have the capacity that she exhibits for learning speech. For most children the expectations would be too much. However, for those whose natural talents far exceed normal levels, it would be serendipitous for all involved if the parents recognize and act upon their uniqueness, not unlike a Tiger Woods or a Patric Mahomes, etc.

@@Mansikkacake Any kid can learn to speak in a perfect accent in multiple languages, GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. Not many kids get to interact regularly and for extended periods of time with a bunch of foreigners in their native tongues. It's called privilege, and I find it grating that they should shove it in our faces and expect admiration and praise. Thanks for shoving social inequalities in our faces, only dumb (or privileged) people would clap at that.

I had my children taking languages besides their academic school curricula (we are middle class btw) they had classes from monday to saturday, they had to wake up at 6 am every day (except sunday) and start school at 7 am. My children also had the oportunity of interacting with foreigners while we their parents were international students (with a very low budget for it). One of my children speaks several languages and the other one speaks only 2, even though they both had the same opportunity, to achive that it is not privilege it is discipline.

This is a very old video. Bella is now much older and able to carry on conversations in each of those languages. Her mom purposely employed nannies from each country who spoke with her only in their native languages. This way Bella was able to develop fluency at such an early age.
