This video was taken about 7 years ago. Currently, she is a 19-year-old professional guitarist. Her name is not Lisa Rex but "Li-sa-X". Search "lisax" or "Koiai" (her brand-new band). She is still progressing and is one of Japan's leading technical guitarists. Original video was uploaded by "Little Big Shots Australia". That's why she played AC/DC. It was her service for audience.

Exactly. For Japanese people, it's difficult to distinguish the pronunciation of "R" and "L". By taking advantage of this disadvantage, she gave her own name Li-sa-X from Racer X. When she just turned 9 years old, Paul Gilbert - former Racer X and current Mr. Big - offered by himself and gave guitar lessons to her.

thank you for uploading this video.... a fan of Lisa X since few years back, knew that she played guitar since childhood but never saw she play guitar at young age. Japan has abundance of extra ordinary female guitarist such as Hazuki, Saki, Madori, just name a few.

Here is my two cents: I think that these kids are extra talented, they have a magical gift and that they do not need the ton of practice like I had in my younger life and maybe yourself to achieve this unbelievable way of playing that most of us will never attain even with a million hours of practice !

Today Lisa-X is 19 years old, and she`s got her own very succesfull band in Japan, Koiai, and a metal band called Lisa-X Band. She`s also a KZbinr and a guest and support player in numerous rock projects in Japan, where she shines as one of the top guitarists of the Japanese hard rock scene. 🙏🎸

In this video she is from Japan, yet she's playing a guitar from a American band,and me coming from Honolulu Hawaii, the Japanese people are very quiet and very respectful types of people, and years ago when I worked at the HELMSLEY PALACE ON MADISON AVENUE ACROSS THE STREET FROM ST PATRICK'S CATHEDRAL, I worked with a Japanese Chef and his name was TASUYA SASAKI,and he never talked, but when he did, he talked very quietly, and when MRS. HELMSLEY, came to the Hotel, she only wanted to see him, no one else, and the things he would make, were absolutely amazing, and everyone knew about him, but he died years ago from LUNG CANCER, as he loved to smoke cigarettes, very sad day, but I still remember him to this day, he was very talented in the art of carving many different things.
