Their design is cool .. they come up with trending items however their quality sucks. It’s so uncomfortable to wear and very plasticky… it makes weird noise while walking… and worst part they don’t update on orders/ tracking

I like their footwear, and they are not a fraud. 2. However, their customer service is terrible. It is really slow, and several people have issues with it. so you can buy things from them. However, if you do not like the item and want to replace or return it, you might face a few challenges.

This is the worst place to shop from, they don’t reply to messages or emails. Even when raised tickets they give a computerised reply. It’s been a month that I have returned my product but haven’t received a gift card yet and when I ask for the same the only reply I get is I’ll get the gift card once the product reaches their factory. This company is a scam really, I ordered boots and they came but they were a size up from what I ordered. Then I put it for exchange and the order was picked up. It has been weeks since that happened and I wasn't receiving any communication so I raised several tickets. Each time I got computerised response and now they say that I sent an empty box.
