I plan on purchasing either the Kelty Bellarat 6 or Discovery Basecamp 6. I have the Bellarat 4 but i need to be abke to stand up. The zipper isnt too bad.

It's nice, but I feel like the Alps Mountaineering Meramac 6 is a better overall tent value. (IMHO). Maybe do a review/comparison of these two? Great job on your vids!

Great videos! I see the tent is mostly mesh on 3 sides. Just wondering how it does with keeping in some warmth.

It's a 3 season tent that's why all the most. A 4 season will have zero to little mesh.

I just bought a Kelty Bellarat 4 tent which looks a lot like this one. I was going to but an Ashcroft 2 but realized it would be too small. It's replacing a 25 plus year old Coleman Nightowl tent.

My base camp 6 broke a pole on the second set up. Keltys website is useless. Zero customer service.

huh, you didn't show this was any better than the sundome. certainly not $40+ more. smaller , and shorter. as for leaks , i watched your video and many others and they all showed a leak at the tub floor to wall seam. so basic tent care it seal all seams and treat the fabric to stop water. and one does this every so often as needed. i am really trying to see how you could honestly rate this better than the coleman tent.
