Maybe it hates the virgin coconut oil. Why don't you try out fractionated coconut oil 😌. It might work because it doesn't have as much protein as the virgin coconut oil.

I’ve been applying black seed oil to my scalp for the past 4 months and noticed some regrowth, stronger hair and way less hair fall. Natural remedies take longer to bring back new hairs but it is working. it will take another 6 months I think to see better results. I also do derma rolling once a week and I shampoo my hair twice a week with a coal tar shampoo to control dandruff and psoriasis.

I have tried this recipe for bald spots earlier. It worked well. Within two week, notice baby hair growth. I would boil the mixture in water in sim for 10mins and use it as spray. People with sinus issues can reduce the amount of Fenugreek and add some more kalonji.

U add moringa and fenugreek powder in a bowl(depends how long is ur hair) for my hair I added 1 tbs each, mix them together, than add coconut milk(about 1 cup), mix until u get a smoothy paste, leave it aside for about 1h, than add milk again, if needed, the paste should be smooth and fluffy, apply the mask on ur hair and leave it on about an hour or 45 min

I've started this today but added more through research. Flax, Black Onion, Kalonji, Sesame, Sunflower, Fenugreek, Pumpkin, rosemary seeds and finally curry leaves. Made the Spray. Takes time and patience people. Not a miracle overnight or 1 week/month thing. Was advised to try PRP as well. Found a place in London Holborn called Hair Loss Studios. 8 Sessions for £99. Started injections on 27th May 2024. Less than month. Non surgical and no pain tbh. Let's see how this goes...

If u HV acne it s only effect of pcod problem u have to drink 4ltr of water in a day nd minimum 2 fruit juice or fruit every day nd exercise u r body every day by dancing or some physical activity
