LittleLizardGaming your neighbor in the game has a key attached to his belt it is hard to see though. So you have to try and find a way to get that key. for example: you can sneak up behind him and grab the key very fast while he is going back into his house. But first you have to let him see you so he follows you out into the street and then when he starts walking back into his house, quickly grab the key from him and run back to your house, the key is on the left side of his belt. Then use the out side elevator then get in the upstairs room the way down stairs is in there like a hidden entrance. That's all the help I can give u. Don't mention me. You need a crowbar as with the keycard and in the kitchen there is a lockpick in a dwarer and a spanner in the frige and you have to lock pick the door with the crowbar first then with the lockpick in there you can open the shed and when you have the shotgun shoot him with it and when you have shooted him there is a key on his belt and youse the crowbar to open the door then put the keycard in
