if you set your settings in mlb the show for baserunning and change it off of action pitches they wont hit the ball every time so you will be able to steal more often! hope this helps!😃

In my experience it has taken me a month to get called up to AAA, then about another month maybe 3 weeks to get to the MLB. You usually get there a few weeks before the All-Star break. I usually make it in time to get invited to the home run derby. No matter what you do, as far as home runs, stolen bases, etc, does NOT seem to move things on faster than that, at least in my 4-5 RTTS games. EDIT: I usually turn off base running as games would take FOREVER!

@@Statssgaming that is about right. My newest RTTS I got drafted 4th in the 2nd round. Stayed in AA 3 weeks and in AA 3 and a half weeks. It's much easier when you can use all your equipment and perks while at the combine.

Hey Aj maybe to help, you can change a setting where your base running is "open base" which when you steal your teammates won't hit the ball every time so you'll actually be able to steal, Go into your settings and then "mode specific" and where it says Action pitches for base running switch it to open base👍

If your on base and the count is 1-2 or 0-2 they usually strike out, but if they have one strike or no strikes they usually put the ball in play so you can try for hit and run. Same goes for a 3-0 count, usually a walk so you can’t steal

You probably know this but you have more slots to put equipment in. Fill em all out as they give you good stats. I also don’t know if you can still passively upgrade your stats anymore but look into that. You can see the exclamation mark on your player, so you may be able to improve your overall rating which may help with the call up

Love it AJ. I play a lot of RTTS, and if you notice at any point you feel that the pitcher is trying to pick you off too much, I'd recommend going into the sliders ,finding the "CPU Pickoffs" one, and turning it literally all the way down. If you start stealing a lot, the CPU will start trying to throw over to first 6-7 times every AB lol, and even on the minimum setting, they'll still throw over. Also, you might not get called up as soon as you want. Even if you absolutely mash, they might keep you in each level of the minors for up to a full season. I think the biggest factor is who is ahead of you at the position, since the CPU will almost always just try to play the highest overallavaible for the position. Anyway, loving the series, and sorry for the wall of text lol.
